A very bespoke property build of 7 Oak Framed bays in total but divided into 3 main sections
The site had a building in situ which was to be taken down and the area made ready for the new installation.
The new building was designed to accommodate the layout of the site itself. The ancillary workshop/storage area is smaller than the rest of the bays to avoid an existing tree and to back onto the country lane embankment, reducing the visual impact when entering the property.
The feature work on the plinth is constructed using local Stalbridge Stone.
The build was offered as FULL TURNKEY WORKS FOR GUEST ACCOMMODATION AND GENERAL DAY USE and therefore project managed by Townsend Timber.
'Townsend Timber managed our project from start to completion. They were efficient, professional and always friendly to deal with. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was excellent and they remained focused on our project throughout the process. The end result was fantastic and we would have no hesitation at all in recommending them.’
