We have an expanded range of professional services now available in the areas of planning and building control applications. With full in house CAD and 3D drawing facility we can offer competitive fee quotes to undertake submissions for your projects and be involved from the beginning, so that key design elements can be include timber. We are supported by a great team of independent external Dorset professionals including structural engineer, architect and approved building control inspectors. We work hard to get planning approval for our client’s, at a reasonable cost, to achieve that final goal; which for us is to secure yet another wonderful carpenter-build project.
